How to Submit Cards
There are two methods of submitting your cards:
Submit Items Online
Please choose the free Basic Membership under the Membership Benefits page to register your name and email address. This will create a membership account which includes immediate savings on all Global products and services. Log in and click the Submit Items link to receive your items, beginning with:
- Quantity
- Year
- Sport
- Manufacture
- First & Last Name
- Variety (if necessary)
- Insured Value
Choose the checkout icon it will automatically calculate shipping and insurance. The order will close out and two copies of your items should be printed. Keep one copy as a record and place the second copy in your outbound shipment box.
Download a Global Submission Form and Shipping Instructions
Make sure you list the card:
- Player
- Team
- Year of the card
- Variety (for recognized error or special cards)
- Card value (for insurance purposes)
Select the Service Fee
- Fees are based on processing time
- All services are guaranteed for Premier-Plus members (check Web site for specials)
- Determine shipping fees for return shipment
- You can decide to use your own shipping account (include account information) or choose to use our Federal Express form of shipment. All packages are returned with signature required
- Global accepts all methods of shipping
Shipping Your Card
- Place your card into a Card Saver ll (recommended)
- Place your card in a sturdy cardboard box
- Use packing material such as foam pellets, bubble wrap to protect the card
- Ensure proper packing to limit movement within the box
- Include a copy of your submission form
