How to Submit Items

Sign up or log in
A Global account is required before you may submit items using our online submission kiosk. If you already have an account, please log in; otherwise, please register an account before you begin. Our registration is fairly simple and shouldn’t take too long.
If you absolutely do not want to register with us please checkout our card and pack PDF submission forms. A PDF viewer is required for the offline submission forms. If you do not have a PDF viewer, you may wish to download Adobe Reader.

Visit the Grading “Submit Items” page
Once you are logged in, you will need to visit the Grading “Submit Items” page to begin. A quick way to reach this page is from your account screen. Once there, either click “Submit Items” on the sidebar, or click on the submit items icon.
You can also always go lo-tech and use our printable submission forms for offline submission.

Choose your item's type
Next, you will be presented with an image depicting the types of collectibles which we currently grade and authenticate (cards, packs, boxes and wrappers). Simply to choose one of these items so that we can narrow down your list of services.
Selecting an initial type will often provide more detailed options afterwards. Clicking on “Card”, for example, will bring up options for “Standard Card,” and “Oversized Card.” Click one of these more detailed options to continue.

Select your service line
The next step is to choose your service line. Simply click on the name of the service you would like.
Notice that the service lines are grouped by the type of service (Encapsulation, Certified Sleeve, Dual Certification and Reholder). If there is more than one service line listed under a category, then this simply means that you have options for how quickly you want your items back versus how much you would like to pay for your service.
Please note that turnaround times are not guaranteed and that our processing cannot begin until we have received your items.

Enter items into your customized form
You can now add your items to your order by filling out the presented form. If you wish to add a different type of item, or to items to a different service line, you can do so by clicking the “Add another service line” link in your order summary located below the form.

Checkout
Now all you need to do is click the “Checkout” button, fill in your details, and send us your package. Once your checkout is complete, you will see an invoice for your order and a link to a PDF version of the invoice. Please print this PDF version and include it with your package.
