We understand that returning an item is often a frustrating experience, but Global Exchange strives to make this process a simple and straight forward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly help you to return your product by following the guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

  1. All products that don’t meet your satisfaction must be returned within 48 hours of receipt and the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number must be emailed to return@globalauth.com. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of arrival of the item back at Global Exchange
  2. For damaged products the item needs to be returned in the original package within 48 hours of receipt and the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number must be emailed to return@globalauth.com. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of arrival of the item back at Global Exchange
