Return Guidelines:
- All products that don’t meet your satisfaction must be returned within 48 hours of receipt and the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number must be emailed to return@globalauth.com. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of arrival of the item back at Global Exchange
- For damaged products the item needs to be returned in the original package within 48 hours of receipt and the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number must be emailed to return@globalauth.com. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of arrival of the item back at Global Exchange
